Scope & Delivery
Taurus Civils was engaged by Chisenye Family Trust for the further expansion works to the Steelmate Warehouse located along Gleneagles Road. The works comprised bulk and detailed earthworks, platform preparation, compaction, concrete works, and construction of reinforced concrete surface beds to support the expanded warehouse operational areas. The project scope included site clearance, excavation, filling and compaction to approved levels, preparation of sub-base layers, formwork, reinforcement placement, concrete casting, finishing, curing, and quality control testing. The works were executed to provide a durable industrial floor suitable for warehouse traffic, loading activities, and long-term operational use.
